Personally Identifiable Account Information
In order to quote and process your application, our site uses an application form for individuals and businesses to apply online for health insurance. We collect your contact information (your email address and mailing address), personal health information (your or your family's medical history), financial information (your account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (your zip code, gender and state) to provide you with a health insurance quote or to process your application with the health insurance company that you have selected. Employee information will also be collected if you are enrolling your company. Employees' age, home zip code, and family members to be insured are needed to quote and process group health insurance applications. Contact, personal health, demographic information, and/or employee information is required by the health insurance company to process an application form. The financial information will also be used by the insurance company to bill you after you have been approved to be a policy holder.

Your contact and demographic information may also be used by us to get in touch with you when necessary to process your application. Emails will be sent to you throughout the application process to inform you of the status of your application and additional information that is requested as part of the application. A postal mailing of your application will be sent to you if you choose to have us mail you the application for signature and submission of payment. Emails, postal mailings or telephone calls are made upon your request or as a friendly reminder to submit your application if we have not received the application for a prolonged period after your online submission.

Cookies
A cookie is a small file created by your Web browser to assign a unique identification to your computer. We do NOT use cookies to track your clicks as you browse. We do NOT use cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer. We do NOT use cookies of any kind.

IP Address
Our ISP may log IP addresses for us for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are NOT used to track a user's session. It is only to help us determine how often the areas of our site are visited. In many cases, we view and discard the information immediately. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.

Security
Information that is passed between your browser and our site is encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system. This creates a protected connection between you and our site to ensure confidentiality. All personally identifiable information collected in order to provide you with the services on our site is securely stored in our system.

Upon request, we will remove you and your personal information from our database.
